Instant Release: Vehicles are ready for pickup as soon as the payment is cleared and documentation is processed.
Please note that a 14-day holding period may apply to your purchase. The Danish authorities randomly select export vehicles for mandatory tax inspections before they are cleared to leave Denmark.
Secure Storage: Your purchased vehicles are stored safely at our facility until your transport arrives.
Pickup Location: Conveniently located near the E45 motorway in Hasselager, Aarhus (DK-8361).

Crucial steps before picking up your vehicle

By Danish law, we must document that the vehicle has left the country, to release it without Danish tax.
Depending on your transport method, we require the following:

Professional transport:

When a professional transport company collects the vehicle on your behalf, we require the following:

Valid, signed CMR waybill (provided by the driver upon pickup).
Valid photo ID (passport or national ID) of the customer.

Please note: Upon delivery, the customer must sign and date field 24 of the CMR waybill and return it to us.

Pickup on an auto trailer:

As self-transport requires alternative export documentation, please ensure you bring the following:

A signed solemn declaration confirming the vehicle will be exported and registered in your home country.
A scan of the trailer’s registration certificate.
Valid photo ID (passport or national ID) of both the customer and the driver.

Driving on transit plates:

This involves two mandatory steps, which you can handle yourself or let us manage for you:

1. AKR Registration (One-time)
You must be registered in the Danish AKR system to obtain plates. Need help with AKR registration?

2. Transit Plates (Per vehicle)
You must bring valid transit plates issued for the vehicle. Need help with getting transit plates?

3. Required Documents
You must provide a signed solemn declaration along with valid photo ID of both the buyer and the driver.
